Dabhoi BJP MLA demand law of Love Jihad in Gujarat

The MLA of Dabhoi has demanded the Chief Minister to implement the law of Love Jihad in Gujarat as the cases of forced conversion of Hindu girls under false names are on the rise. He will represent the matter to the government and make efforts for a law in this regard.

Forced conversion and marriage means Love Jihad. Shailesh Mehta, MLA of Dabhoi took a strong stand and demand a law should be enacted in Gujarat as well just like in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

Shailesh Mehta, BJP MLA from Dabhoi Nagar, said in a statement issued today that a law should be enacted in Gujarat on Love Jihad to prevent a girl from falling into a love trap by using a false name.

The MLA further clarified that in view of the growing issue of Love Jihad cases in Gujarat, he will represent the Chief Minister and request to make the law in Gujarat like in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. .
