Cricketer Irfan Pathan put focus on creating awareness about intake of Vitamin D and C

Vadodara cricketer Irfan Pathan suggested to create awareness about intake of Vitamin D and C during a dialogue with the Chief Minister Vijay Rupani. The Chief Minister launched the Corona Warrior campaign and interacted with various talents of the society through video conferencing.

Educationist Tejal Amin and international cricketer Irfan Pathan interacted with the Chief Minister from Vadodara. Irfan said, Corona effect is less where the intake of vitamins D and C is good. He strongly suggested that the government and the society should work together to create awareness in the society to increase the habit of intake of these two vitamins and to know which foods are rich sources of these vitamins.

“As a cricketer, I used to suffer from vitamin D deficiency while playing in the sun and often fell ill. Then I increase the intake of Vitamin D which yield good results,” said Irfan. He said in a conversation that precautions like wearing an outdoor mask, maintaining social distance, washing hands frequently with soap should be made a habit of daily life and everyone learn to live cautiously with Corona.
