COVID-19 recovery rate improves to 47.40% in country

Health and Family Welfare Ministry said that a total 82 thousand 370 people affected with Corona virus have cured and the recovery rate reached to 47.40 per cent in the country.
During the last twenty four hours, 11 thousand 264 people have recovered and seven thousand 964 fresh cases of COVID-19 have been reported taking the total number of cases to one lakh 73 thousand 763.
This is the highest spike in fresh cases in one day since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in India. Health Ministry said, 265 deaths have been registered in last 24 hours taking the nationwide toll to four thousand 971.
