Covid 19 cases rise to 2228 in Vadodara after 50 new cases on Monday

Three new deaths reported and 54 discharged from the hospital

50 new cases registered in vadodara on Monday taking the total number of cases to 2228. Three new deaths reported in the city which takes the total number to 53. Total 54 patients discharged from the hospital which takes the total to 1563.

The new cases are from Lalbaug, Chokhandi, Sama, Waghodia road, Tandalja, Dabhoi road, Gotri, Nagarwada, Ajwa road, Harni, Bajwada, Fatepura, Wadi, Madanzampa, Diwalipura, New VIP road, Yakutpura, Gendigate, Ektanagar, Akota, Mandvi, Khodiyarnagar, Navabazaar and Padra, Savli, Bhayli road, Karodiya, Samiyala, Undera, Chanod from rural. Out of the 279 samples collected in one day, 50 tested positive and rest 229 comes out as negative.

Three deaths reported from the city which takes the total to 53. Talking about the death analysis, 8 people died of Covid 19, 30 of multiple co morbidity, 11 of hypertension, 3 of diabetes and one with other acute disease (Dengue), taking the total number of deaths to 53.

The list of deaths is declared after the audit by death audit committee. Out of 612 admitted patients, 451 are stable, 129 on Oxygen and 32 on Ventilator/BI PAP support. Till date 1563 patients were discharged from hospital after full recovery. Total 1000 people are under home and private facility quarantine in Vadodara
