Covid 19 cases rise to 1153 in Vadodara after 34 new cases on Wednesday

Vadodara witness 34 new cases on Wednesday taking the total number of cases to 1152, total 34 patients discharged from hospital which takes the total to 701. Total number of confirmed deaths stands at 45. As mentioned the names, address and other details of patients are not declared from 1st June onwards.

The new cases are from Baranpura, Waghodia road, Madanzampa road, Harni road, Ajwa road, Shiyabaug, Dandia Bazaar, Mandvi, Akota, Gorwa, Patthargate, Gendigate, Yakutpura, O.P. road, Warasia, Desar from rural and one from Surat.

Out of the 140 samples collected in one day, 34 are positive and rest 106 are negative.

Three deaths confirmed after the death audit and the number rise to 45. Talking about the death analysis, 7 people died of Covid 19, 26 of multiple co morbidity, 8 of hypertension, 3 of diabetes and one with other acute disease (Dengue), taking the total number of deaths to 45. The list of deaths is declared after the audit by death audit committee.

Out of 406 admitted patients, 356 are stable, 33 on Oxygen and 17 on Ventilator/BI PAP support. Till date 701 patients were discharged from hospital after full recovery. Total 1571 people are under home and private facility quarantine in Vadodara.
