Court case against Shah Rukh Khan in Vadodara

Vadodara Youth Congress member Jitendra Solanki filed a case against film star Shahrukh Khan through his advocate Junaid L. Saiyed in the Judicial Magistrate court. They demand to register the FIR against the filmstar which till date is not registered by the police.On 23rd January Shahrukh Khan reached Vadodara in a train for promotion of his film ‘Raees’ released in the cinemas now. At that time it was total chaos at the railway station as it was total jam packed with the fans. As soon as the train arrived it was total chaos at the railway station and a stempede situation. Many people were injured and one person died in the stempede.

After that the railway police conduct inquiry in the matter and served notice to the accused. However the Youth Congress demand strict action against the filmstar and filed a case in the Vadodara court on Monday evening.“On January Shahrukh Khan reached Vadodara through train during the promotion of his film. At that time the chaos was there at the station and many people were injured and one person died. We also give an application to the railway police in this regard to register an FIR against the star but till date nothing is there. So we take the help of the court and register a case against the filmstar Shahrukh Khan and also make Railway DRM and Railway police as co accused. We demand to register FIR against the filmstar,” said Juned Saiyed.
