Corporation officials should stop doing tricks at the behest of Congress: Narmada Minister of State Yogesh Patel

On Friday Vadodara Municipal Corporation Rs. 230 crore development works were inaugurated by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani through online medium. On this occasion he said the era of Narendra Modi is the era of honesty and development is taking place.

In addition to giving unprecedented fight against Corona, development works worth Rs 11,000 crore have been carried out in the state in last 6 months. Vadodara is benefitted with more than 400 crores development work. Congress rule make people deprived of development and they have driven growth.

Minister Yogesh Patel, while giving a symbolic warning to the officials to refrain from doing small and big tricks, said that VMC officials become the Congress’s scapegoats in many places during elections. They would turn off the water and electricity in the area at their behest and then earn applause after start them.

He warn such officials and said, Now this alchemy will not work and understand that BJP will come to rule. The Municipal Commissioner also understands and controls such officers. In two months, the state government has completed development works worth Rs 4.25 crore. The party members will now concentrate on winning all the seats and study how to take advantage of the new demarcation and complete the remaining development work expeditiously. People will surely support them.

Narmada Minister of State Yogesh Patel further said that after getting information about the recent water related programmes, it was learnt that these were Congress inspired. He said that deepening of Pratappura Sarovar would be planned soon to ensure that Vadodara city does not face shortage of drinking water. He has decided to hold a meeting with the officials next Tuesday.
