Contract employee of VMC sanitary department accused in LRD paper leak

Municipal Commissioner says yet to receive any official communication

Gujarat police registered complaint against five in the Lok Rakshak Dal (LRD) paper leak matter on Sunday. Among all one of the accused mentioned in the complaint is from Vadodara and work as contract basis in the Sanitary department in the Vadodara Municipal Corporation.

On LRD paper leak matter name of Yashpal Sinh Solanki name comes out as one of the accused from Vadodara. As the inquiry is on in the matter Municipal commissioner Ajay Bhadoo said there is no formal communication from the police yet but strict action will be taken against the culprits.

“We are yet to receive any official communication from the police about involvement of any employee involvement in the LRD paper leak matter. We are waiting for the official confirmation and strict action will be taken against whoever involve in the matter. If he is under contract then the agency will take action and if he is an employee then departmental action as per law will be taken against him,” said Bhadoo.

Yashpal name comes up in the police complaint along with four others involved in the LRD paper leak matter on Sunday. The incident shocked everyone and CM Vijay Rupani order inquiry in the matter immediately after the matter came to light.
