Burnt effigy of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, police arrest 10 protestors including two women

Congress party protests against the detention of party leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday by the UP police. They were on their way to meet the family of the Hathras gang-rape victim.

Condemning the incident Vadodara Congress also protest against the action and burn effigy of Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath near Khanderao Market Char Rasta. Meanwhile Navapura police rushed to the spot and arrested 10 activists, including two women.

There is outrage across the country over the brutal murder case in Hathras and people demand justice for the girl.  Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi also went out to offer condolences to the victim’s family. But police detained them and that invite statewide protests from Congress party.

Vadodara Congress also protest against the action and demand justice for the victim.
