Protest about the water situation in his area demand quick resolution

It’s a dramatic scene inside the VMC Commissioner office in Vadodara as Congress Councillor Chirag Zaveri sit on protest on the floor regarding the water situation in his area. He demand to resolve the issue at the earliest or else threaten to intensify the agitation in step by step process.

Chirag Zaveri reached the Municipal Commissioner Nalin Upadhyay office with a query about the water problem facing by the residents of Makarpura, Tarsali and Maneja areas of Vadodara city. He went inside the office and sit on the floor in protest about the problem not resolved after repeated representations. The commissioner tried to calm him and request to sit on chair but Zaveri didn’t move and demand quick resolution of the water issue.

“The residents of Makarpura, Maneja and Tarsali are facing the water problem for quite some time and after repeated representations the problem is yet to be resolved. The pressure is low and many areas are getting polluted water in the time of festivities. With no option left I approach the municipal commissioner and demand quick resolution of the problem. He assured action in the matter and if not will continue the agitation step by step in coming days,” said Zaveri.
