CM Vijay Rupani inaugurated Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Policy Research and International Studies
Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani inaugurated and remain present at the naming ceremony of Institute of Policy Research and International Studies as 'Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Policy Research and International Studies' in Vadodara. The centre was ingaurated on 25th December celebrating as National Good Governance Day the Birth anniversary of our beloved former PM Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The centre is situated at Maharaja Pratapsinhrao Parisar, Behind Nizampura Girls College.
It is to be mentioned that three places including
Kottayam in Vadodara is known for policy research and international studies in
India. Vadodara became fourth and first in Gujarat to have such centre. Bharat
Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Policy Research and International
Studies is the step towards education and state government issued four crore
grant for the construction of the building.
CM Vijay Rupani extends his wishes to the MSU to
join the Institute of Policy Research and International Studies with the name
of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Atalji fulfill the dream of Good
Governance after freedom in the country and hence it is decided to celebrate
25th December as National Good Governance Day on his Birth anniversary.
CM said PM Narendra Modi is putting India in the
world map and MSU is with Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Policy
Research and International Studies is putting right time for right job and
extend his wishes. Remembering Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad for his good
governance and is inspiration for the present leaders.
Swami Vivekanand gives a different identity to
India after his famous talk in Chicago, similarly Bharat Ratna late Atal Bihari
Vajpayee took the country to world level as Prime Minister of the country. He
gave speech in Hindi in UN and gives India a different identity in the world.
CM Rupani recites the poem of Atalji and said his views inspires the mankind
and world ever after.
He put focus on unity of the country and appreciate
MSU for giving people like Dr. Ambedkar, Maharshi Arvind, Dr. Jivraj Mehta and
Hansaben Mehta to the country. MSU has more faculties in comparison with others
in Gujarat and extend his wishes to the students to educate from the
university. Vasodara is first in Gujarat to have Policy Research and
International Studies and called on the students to shine on world stage in
international level politics and policies and design foreign policies to give
Gujarat a new identity.
He appreciated the government decision to pass the
CAA bill which gives citizenship Pakistan, Afganistan and Bangladesh people of
Hindu, Sikhism, Christian and other religions in India. He calls for discussion
and research on the bill rather than concentrating on vote bank attacking the
opposition. He said some elements tries to take the youth on other way in the
name of this bill. He calles the students power as nation power and called
everyone for international studies and becomes architect of India.
Gujarat assembly speaker Rajendra Trivedi, Narmada
and urbanisation minister Yogesh Patel, MSU Chancellor Shubhanginiraje Gaekwad
and many other dignitaries remain present in the programme.
