Chief Secretary reviewed Covid situation in Vadodara city and district through video conference

Chief Secretary of Gujarat Anil Kumar Mukim had a dialogue with District Collector Shalini Agarwal through video conference on Wednesday. He reviewed in detail the situation of Covid in Vadodara city district and give instructions for more effective arrangements.

The District Collector informed him about the recent appointment of 32 specialist doctors with various specialties and recruitment of Nursing Assistants to make the Covid treatment facilities at Sayaji Hospital more comprehensive.

The Chief Secretary also reviewed about the Saat Pagla Khedut Kalyanna Scheme in the district and the pre-preparations for the program organised on the occasion of the launch of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana on Thursday. The District Collector gave details of program planning in Vadodara city, Varanama, Karjan and Savli.

Resident Additional Collector DR Patel, District Rural Development Agency Director BB Chaudhary and officials of concerned departments were present on the occasion.
