Chhatra Sansad launched a unique campaign in Vadodara where the team performed LIVE at popular traffic circles to promote a plastic free city. With placards, banners and live performance the team spread the message among people to make Vadodara Plastic Free on this World Environment day.

On Tuesday team Chhatra Sansad started their campaign in Vadodara to raise awareness about harmful effects of Single Use Plastic. They chose certain busy traffic circles of the city to display the messages along with slogans.

"As we know, 5th June is the World Environment Day so our team is hosting this awareness drive for two days, i.e. today and tomorrow at all the major cross roads of the city in a unique way, where artists to play guitar and sing slogans to make Vadodara plastic free. Our team has reached out to 30,000 people online and door to door and wish to achieve the target of 1 lakh. We request the citizens to sign the petition and make Vadodara Plastic Free city," said Kunal Sharma Founder-Chhatra Sansad.

He further added that Chhatra Sansad is committed to phasing out single use plastics in the next 1 month in Vadodara.
