As the fight
against COVID-19 is getting stronger day by day, the values of humanity and
philanthropy are also shining brighter as various institutes and generous
patrons are coming forward with huge monetary contributions to Prime Minister
Relief Fund – PM Cares Fund and Chief Minister Relief Fund.

Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Leuva Patidar Samaj – Matrusanstha once again held
the baton of inspiration and motivated Patidar community to come forward and
help in this great cause. Inspired by
this earnest appeal, the number of benefactors and institutes came forward and
has donated a huge sum of around Rs. 74 Lakh to Prime Minister Relief Fund &
Chief Minister Relief Fund.
Fondly known
as CHAMOS, Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Leuva Patidar Samaj – Matrusanstha has
been actively involved in the upliftment of the society through noteworthy
social, education and healthcare initiatives since its inception around 125
years back. The first institute to
initiate and establish a system of Samuh Lagna in Patidar Community CHAMOS has
always taken revolutionary actions aimed at the betterment of society. The Donation to PM CARES Fund & Gujarat
Chief Minister’s Fund once again carries forward the legacy of charity. The donation was given to Anand District
Collector Office or through online medium.
The list of
benefactors and their generous contribution includes Kiranbhai Patel, Chairman,
Charotar Gas Sahakari Mandali Limited – Rs. 51 Lakh, Pradipbhai Patel (Comfy
Family) – Rs. 12 Lakh, CHAMOS-Matrusanstha – Rs. 1,11,111, Vipulbhai Patel
(Dabhou), Co-Secretary Kelvani Mandal successfully collected Rs. 1,11,111/-,
Sangitaben Virendrabhai Patel (CHANGA) – Rs. 1,11,111/-, Kiranbhai Patel (Comfy
Family), Vice President, Kelvani Mandal – Rs. 1 Lakh, while Shriji Developers,
Pradipbhai Patel (BVM Alumni Association), Chimanbhai Patel (Tranja), Vice
President Kelvani Mandal donated Rs. 25,000/- each.
Also, Amita
Rice & Pulse Mills and R V Patel (Mahudha/Vidyanagar), Treasurer,
Matrusanstha gave a contribution of – Rs. 11,000/- each, Pushpaben Naginbhai
Patel, Maltiben Chimanbhai Patel (Tranja) and Dahyabhai Kashibhai Patel
(Bakrol) has pledged Rs. 5000/- individually.
The wave of humanity has touched foreign lands also as Kiritbhai R Patel
(Bakrol/UK), Chairman, CHARUSAT Educational & Healthcare Trust – UK has
donated £5000 that is around 4.50 Lakhs to PM CARES Fund.
Collectively
CHAMOS Matrusanstha Parivar has become instrumental in motivating the community
and with their earnest efforts; the donation of around Rs. 74 Lakhs has been
given in Prime Minister Relief Fund & Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
