Principal Commissioner along with 50 officials organised a cycle rally to Karamsad
Amrut Mahotsav is being celebrated across the country on the occasion of 75 years of India’s independence. CGST department also joined the celebration through various programs.
As a link, a cycle trip from Vadodara to Sardar Bhoomi Karamsad was organized by the department.
Ashok Mehta, Principal Chief Commissioner of the department, flagged off the cyclists about the GST Bhavan on Monday. This Sardar Bhoomi Cycle Yatra of 50 officers of the department was led by Principal Commissioner M.K. Srivastava. A similar cycle trip was also organized by the department from Ahmedabad on the same day.
The cyclists were welcomed at the Sardar Memorial of Karamsad where they paid homage to Sardar Patel.
