Celebration of 73rd Independence Day at L&T Knowledge City

On the occasion of 73rd Independence Day, Shailendra Roy, CEO and Managing Director-L&T Power and Whole-time Director-L&T, hoisted the National Flag at the Knowledge City in Vadodara. The employees gathered at the Knowledge City campus to witness the hoisting of the National Flag (48 feet x 32 feet) on the 150 feet high mast. The flag will remain flying round the clock and will be illuminated after sundown.

Addressing the gathering Roy emphasised on individuals’ contribution to nation building. He said, “We have to use natural resources such as water very wisely and make conscious efforts to preserve it.”
