CCTV stolen from Nagarwada crossing Bahuchraji road in Vadodara

Installed to caught people dumping waste inside Vishwamitri river

Vishwamitri river flowing from inside Vadodara city is becoming dumping place for the people as they often dump waste inside. At Nagarwada crossing Bahuchraji road the river becomes a dustbin as people drop the non veg waste inside openly and without any fear.

To caught such people the corporation installed CCTV cameras in the area connected with the online server. However on Thursday night someone stole the 25,000 worth cameras from the area which shocked the officials.

It happens to be a first of its kind incident where someone stolen the CCTV cameras installed for the safety of residents. The corporation officials is in the process to register a police complaint in Karelibaug police station.
