A case of
kidnapping a minor to marry and sexually assaulting her came to light in
Waghodia. Police arrested the accused from UP and further investigate in the
case.

As per
details 19 years old Suraj Darshanbhai Kori originally from Raibareli district
in UP and presently residing in Gugaliapura in Waghodia kidnapped a minor girl
on 16th October lured to marry her. He took her to his native place and a
complaint was registered in Waghodia police station.

Waghodia
police inspector P.K. Gohil formed different teams to investigate in the
matter. Meanwhile they received the information about Kori taking the girl to
his native place in UP. A team heading there and caught the accused and the
minor girl. Police booked him under charges of rape, kidnapping and Pocso act
and further investigating in the case.
