BSNL employees take out rally in Vadodara

Joint Action Committee of All Unions and Association of BSNL Vadodara took out a march in the city pressing their various demands before the government. The employees marched towards the collector office with banners in their hands and shouting slogans against the government.

The employees take out the rally from the city telephone exchange office to collector office passing through different areas of the city. They are pressing their different demands before the government like privatisation of BSNL, 4G spectrum and others.

"The agitation is at the all India level and we marched to request the government to listen to our demands. Our first demand is to stop privatisation of BSNL, secondly allot the 4G spectrum to us for free as we are the government company, not to allow the making of subsidiary tower company which divides the BSNL and lastly the undue support to the Jio. We request the government to listen to us," said H.R. Tiwari District Secretary NFTE BSNL and Chairman of JAC Vadodara.

They also threaten of taking the hard step if their demands are not met.
