The body of a young man was found in a puddle of water among bushes on the way from Dumad to Dena near Vadodara. According to local villagers, the police rushed to the spot, took possession of the body and sent it to Sayaji Hospital for postmortem.

It is speculated that the unidentified young man was killed and his body was dumped there. The incident in the morning have caused tensions in Dumad-Dena village area.

As per details local villagers saw the body in a puddle of water filled with bushes on the way to Dena village from Dumad near the city. With heavy stench coming out from the area and shocked to see the body lying face down.

The incident was immediately reported to the taluka police and the team as well as senior police officers rushed to the spot. With the help of locals they pulled the corpse out of the water and began investigation.

According to police sources, a number of injuries have been found on the body and appears to be about 35 years old. The taluka police have sent the body to Sayaji Hospital for postmortem to find out the exact cause of death of the youth.

Police, on the other hand, have also took the help of FSL to find out what kind of marks of injury are on the body and the time of death. However, the exact cause of death will come out after the post-mortem report.

Currently, the taluka police is conducting search to identify the youth. The district police has sought information about the missing youths between the ages of 35 and 40 from Vadodara city as well as various police stations of the district police. Police has registered a case of accidental death and initiated action.
