BJP lose Dediyapada seat to BTP

BJP lose the Dediyapada seat of Narmada district to the BTP candidate Mahesh Vasava. The seat was earlier with the BJP.

Former MLA and National President of BTP Mahesh Vasava defeat BJP candidate and former Forest Minister and President of Gujarat BJP Schedule caste Motilal Vasava by 21751 votes.

Motilal Vasava left the venue before the final results were declared. BTP in his first elections taste success with a coalition with the Congress in Gujarat.
