The admission committee of BITS Pilani has released the online form for BITSAT 2019 exam on January 4th. Thus, the form is now available online for candidates who are willing to get admission into BITS. The deadline to fill the BITSAT Application Form is 20th March. Firstly, candidates need to register themselves before proceeding to the online application form.

Once the registration for BITSAT is done, candidates are required to fill out the online application form of the exam. Students have to mention details like academic, personal, and other contact details. The uploading of the required documents will then follow this. Below is provided you with all the detailed information regarding the filling of BITSAT Application Form 2019.

Important Documents

There are many important documents that students have to upload on the website while filling the form. They should keep these following documents ready before they start to fill out the online form. Also, candidates must have academic certificates, photographs, and signatures ready in a prescribed format. During the time of admission the documents that will be helpful for students will be:

  • 12th class mark sheet
  • Debit card or credit card
  • Signature in JPG/JPEG format of 1 to 30 kb size
  • Photograph in JPG/JPEG format of 4 to 50 kb size

Step-wise Application Process

These are the steps that student should follow while filling the form:

1st step - Registration

2nd step - Online application form

3rd step - Uploading the scanned documents and images

4th step - Application fee payment

For registration, candidates should open the admission portal of BITSAT. Then, the candidate should register by clicking on the 'new registration' tab. The candidates who have already registered should not register again. These are the following details that a student will find on the application form:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Date of birth
  • Email ID
  • Gender

Once the registration process is over, the candidate has to fill out the application form with various details like academic, personal and contact information. These are the details required on the application form:

  • Father's and mother's name
  • Address for communication
  • City
  • Pin code
  • Nationality
  • State
  • Landline number
  • Mobile number

Details of 12th class

  • Name of board
  • Name of School attended
  • Year of passing the school
  • Subject selection between Mathematics and Biology

Once all the above details are filled, candidates will have to choose three examination centres based on their preferences. For the candidates who wish to choose Dubai as their exam centre needs to select only one option and that is Dubai. Upon confirmation for their selection, candidates should submit the form.

The application form submitted by the candidates can be edited even after the submission. Thus, it is advisable to the candidates to check their form before going on to the final stage. For this, candidates have an option to preview their application form. Once the form is successfully submitted, a form number will be generated for the candidates. They should keep this form number safe as it will be required for any future references.

For the payment of application fees, there are two modes: online and offline. For online mode, the fees can be paid through cards, net banking, or paytm. For offline mode, candidates need to pay through their nearest ICICI bank branch.
