Police made the deceased as accused a matter of discussion

As per available details a bike rider met with an accident after hit a vow standing on the road near Amodar on Waghodia Road. He hit on the head and succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

However Waghodia police had registered a case against the deceased under the sections of negligence while driving and killed himself.

Kamlesh Parmar, a resident of Vankarvaas in Pipaliya, Waghodia, was working in a private company at Vadodara city and passing on his bike near Gayatri temple at Pipaliya. Suddenly he hit the cow standing on the road and sustained serious injuries. He was taken to the nearby Dheeraj hospital in a ambulance after received serious injuries.

However he died during treatment after blood loss. The shocking thing is that the young man died in the accident due to a cow standing on the road. However in this incident Waghodia police has made Shaileshbhai Parmar the accused and has not taken any action against the herdsman becomes a topic of discussion.
