    The first case of corona virus in Bharuch was reported in the month of April. The number of corona virus patients in the district remained under control during the lockdown period.

    The number of corona patients has risen as the government released new guidelines of Unlock 1. The risk of infection has increased as people do not maintain social distance.

    With the relaxation in the lockdown, people seems to have become restless. As a result in Bharuch district, seven people were reported corona positive on Thursday. At present all the patients have been shifted to Covid Hospital, Ankleshwar for further treatment.

    The newly registered cases in the district are 3 in Hansot, 2 in Amod, 1 in Bharuch and 1 each in Ankleshwar. The total number of corona cases in Bharuch district has reached to 68
