Increases its customer base by taking the brand on digital platform

Bath and Body Works, a leading specialty retailers of fragrance products for bath, body and home launches its online store in India on a large scale. The website is fully serviceable and sells all the fragrance collections currently available at retail outlets.

Since July 2018 it has successfully launched 7 retail outlets in three major cities starting with New Delhi followed by Mumbai and Chennai respectively. The brand witnessed massive demand coming in from other parts of the country on their social media platforms and driven the brand to launch their digital platform and expand the reach in India via an omnichannel presence.

As online retail becomes increasingly popular in India, Bath and Body Works is designing a cohesive approach by offering a user-friendly digital experience, therefore expanding its customer base.

Deliveries to metro cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Indore amongst others will be done within 5-7 working days. The company has tied up with major delivery partners with all India network strengths to service 19108 Pin Codes. The online store will offer all categories and fragrance SKU’’s that would be uniform across all its retail chains.
