Barricading at Wadi, city and Panigate areas after increase in Corona positive cases

For the last three days Vadodara witness a steep rise in Corona positive patients which takes the number to 421 a increase about 100 cases. Wadi, city and Panigate areas are the recent hotbeds and the administration sealed it with barricading at the entry and exit points.

With the increase in cases at Wadi, City and Panigate areas the city police sealed the areas by barricading. A little arguments also happened during the process between police and locals who are protesting the barricading.

The action is taken in view of the rising cases in the area and to prevent it from spreading to other areas. With the third part of the lockdown in place the police strictly implementing the orders and intercepted people moving out unnecessarily out of their houses.
