Place a plaque inside his school to motivate the students
Baroda CISF unit paid homage to their soldier Kirtan Kumar Solanki by installing a plaque inside his school at village Derol falls under Panchmahal. The aim is to motivate the children to face challenges and serve the nation with dignity.
To commemorate the sacrifices made by the members of the Central Para Military Forces the Central Government observes Police Memorial Day on 21st October every year. In this sequence this year the Martyrs Week has been organized in this unit from 14 to 21st October wherein various activities were carried out by the unit.
While posted in CISF Unit NALCO Damanjodi Ex-CT/GD Solanki Kirtan Kumar of Derol Village in Panchmahal (Gujarat) laid down his live in discharge of his duties. To commemorate the sacrifices made by Late jawan a smarak/plaque has been established in his school at Panachand Khemanand Sarvajanik High School at Derol.
A function was organized on 21st October in the school where the dignitaries and people pay homage to the late jawan. Pnnachancl Khemannnd Sarvajanik High School. The school children were also motivated for the service of the nation and to keep themselves ready for the challenges faced by the nation. On this occasion the CISF also conducted a demonstration of Reflex shooting conducted by a contingent of CISF Unit. IOC (GR) Baroda.
