    Said Ayurveda increases immunity and gives strength to fight against disease like Coronavirus

    In today’s fast paced world when we are prone to diseases due to our unhealthy lifestyle, Ayurveda brings to us the solution to follow ancient system of life with modern perspective. It not only help us to increase our immunity but also gives us the strength to fight against deadly disease like Coronavirus.

    Ayurveda is a anciet system of medicine developed centuries ago and still widely practiced in modern times. The system is still very effective and can do wonders when it comes to fight against deadly disease like Coronavirus which creates a lots of fear in the minds of people. Ayurveda experts Dr. Shefali Pandya and Dr. Dattatry Pandya
    said a little change in lifestyle can be very helpful for the people to counter any disease which effect on our inner system.

    “In present time the problems we face is unbalanced diet, irregular lifestyle and social media addiction which leads a person to welcome life threatening diseases. The result is poor immunity and the body become prone to various diseases which also includes life threatening Coronavirus. Ayurveda suggests the ways of ancient lifestyle like Yoga, balanced diet and happy mind to live a healthy life,” said Dr. Dattatry Pandya.

    He further said that due to lifestyle people are not following the routine and ends up having prone to diseases. To fight a life threatening disease like Coronavirus one need to change their food habits and include yoga which can boost their immunity and help them fight. He suggest some ways like chewing food, eat Indian traditional food, forget the hotel eating concept, morning exercise, eat on time, evening food with family, outdoor games which leads to a happy and healthier life in this modern age.

    Pride of India, Arogya Mahasanman 2020 and Indian Leadership Award winner Dr. Shefali Pandya and Young Achiever, Distinguished doctor and Global Gujarati award winner Dr. Dattatry Pandya is on a mission to spread the rich legacy of Ayurveda and help people to change their complicated lives.

    The couple runs Nakshatra Ayurvedam a multi speciality Ayurveda and Panchkarma hospital in Vadodara to spread the ancient system to their patients from India and abroad. They also run two more hospitals in Ahmedabad and Godhra and wish to spread to other parts of Gujarat. They also plan to open five such hospitals outside India to spread the ancient way of Ayurveda treatment to the patients. They believe in pure way of treatment and gives a simplified living mantra to their patients.
