Astrologer couple kept minor in their house and raped by the main accused who is wanted

A matter of Astrologer couple forcefully kept a minor girl in their house and raped her came to light in Vadodara where a FIR is registered in this regard in Makarpura police station. After the brother of the victim registered the FIR police arrested Astrologer wife and during search at his house found local made Tamancha, Sword and Guptis from inside. However the astrologer was escaped before police arrest him and now declared as wanted.

Accused Hitesh Pandya and his wife Devki residing in block no.13 house no 221 at Danteshwar housing and pretend to be a Astrologer. During the time he lured a minor girl from a family and forcefully kept her at his house. Not only that the matter of raping her was also came to light where his wife helped him. The couple also pretend to be her parents to the neighbours.

However after the minor released from his clutches the family of the girl was shocked to know the whole incident and the brother of the victim lodged the police complaint at Makarpura police station. However after the complaint the couple escaped and police during searching her house found one local made Tamancha, four cartridges, swords, Guptis and other weapons from inside their house. The police search for the couple and arrested the wife of the astrologer.

The minor victim said that she was studying in 10th standard in 2014 and the astrologer assured her and gave her a Mantra but she failed.

However after failed in the exams i went to his house and the couple addressed themselves as my parents. My parents stopped me not to go but I was forced to go to their house as they done some Vashikaran on me. I almost stayed for the whole day at their house.

She further said that on 28th July the astrologer Hitesh Pandya told me to accompany her and said to come out from the house around 3 am. As I was not well so he said that he will flash torch and cough to give her the signal to come out. She said the astrologer came on 30th Julyaround 4am and cough outside near my house. She further said that the astrologer took her to his house no. 221 at Vuda house block 13 and kept her inside for the whole day. Later late in the night he took her to another house C 15 Nandanvan society at Tarsali area.

The girl said that the astrologer then kept her there till the next day of Diwali and physically abused her many times. The girl also said that his wife was aware of all the things. Whenever she told them to go back home both beat her and locked me inside the room. The next of Diwali the girl said that she was taken to Dabhoi to his friends house where the astrologer said that he take her after arrange a new house.

The girl then told all the story of her to Rakesh and then he took her to a rickshaw stand and help her board a Chakda rickshaw. From there the girl board down a Kapurai cross roads and then the girl reached home and described all her story to her family.

After heard all the apathy of her daughter the mother of the victim that they all searched for her from the very next day after she left the home. They also asked the Astrologer couple about their girl but they refused to know anything. But the mother and brother of the girl suspected the couple but due to image they don’t registered the police case.

But after the girl came back on Wednesday they registered the police complaint at Makarpura police station. The girl mother further said that the couple escaped after the complaint and they have three houses in the block. However the wife was arrested by the police late in the night on Friday.
