Army conducts student outreach campaign at Bhuj

As part of Indian Army’s Student Outreach Campaign 2019-20, a
student outreach programme was organised at Army Public School, Bhuj under the
aegis of Bald Eagle Brigade. The programme was attended by 95 students and six
teachers of the school.



The aim of the campaign was to highlight the dedication and
efforts undertaken by the Indian Army to preserve National Interests and unity
both during war and peace. The campaign also highlighted that Indian Army is
not just a profession but a way of living with values that preserve national
interests. A comprehensive lecture was taken on various ways to join Indian
Army thereby motivating the students towards joining the Armed Forces.



A lecture on the theme “Nation First” was also conducted
highlighting how the Indian Army strengthens the idea of being Indian and lives
by the National values. It also focus on the force about preserving National
interest, safe guarding integrity of the country, thwarting internal and
external threats and assisting the government and the people of India in Nation
building.
