Air Marshal SK Ghotia Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, SWAC visited Air Force Station Naliya

Air Marshal SK Ghotia Param Vishisht Seva Medal, Vishisht Seva Medal, ADC, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Air Command visited Air Force Station Naliya on 26 & 27 March 20 21.

He was accompanied by Nirmala Ghotia, President Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Regional). They were received by Group Captain Mohit Shishodia, Station Commander Air Force Station Naliya along with Anjali Shishodia , President, Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local).

The AOC-in-C was presented with a Guard of Honour on his arrival. The Air Marshal was briefed about current operational readiness, prevailing security scenario and the preparedness of the Station. He visited various operational units of the base and appreciated the role played by the frontline Air Force base in guarding the skies of the nation.

The Air Marshal also interacted with station personnel and emphasized on operational preparedness. He also appreciated the synchronized efforts of all personnel for displaying exceptional capabilities in managing complex issues and challenging tasks. He stressed upon the use of social media in a responsible manner as well as with better security consciousness. He urged all personnel to ensure high Aerospace Safety standards at all times.
