After restoration all WR special trains to run on proper route and timings

Due to Kisan agitation in Punjab, train movement was affected at Jandiala station area in Punjab since last many days and hence few special trains of Western Railway were either cancelled, diverted, short terminated or short originated accordingly.

As on 11th March, 2021, the affected railway tracks at Jandiala are declared fit for train movement. Western Railway has notified that all trains which were earlier affected will now run on their proper scheduled routes and timings.

According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, all special trains of WR, which were earlier diverted, partially cancelled, short terminated or short originated, have now been restored to run on their scheduled route and timings with effect from 12th March, 2021.
