“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Vadodara International Airport in the presence of 1000 delegates,” said Guruprasad Mahapatra Chairman of Airport Authority of India.

Guruprasad Mahapatra visited Vadodara airport on Monday and review the preparations for the PM visit. With him Mayor Bharat Dangar, MP Ranjan Bhatt, Collector Lochan Sehra and Project Manager Narendra Shukla were also present there.

The airport is already in Limca Book Of Records and Mahapatra said that PM will inaugurate the airport in the presence of many delegates. He also said that after the inauguration the airport will start functioning in 2 to 3 weeks as the time need to transfer the office and others at the new one.

MP Ranjan Bhatt said that the visit of PM Narendra Modi in Vadodara is like a Diwali gift for the the people of Vadodara.
