Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has emerged as India’s second-richest actor, according to the Hurun India Rich List 2026, with an estimated wealth of ₹4,000 crore. His estimated wealth has risen sharply from ₹1,630 crore in the 2025 list.
Shah Rukh Khan remains at the top among Indian actors, with an estimated wealth of ₹10,000 crore. Salman Khan follows Amitabh Bachchan with ₹3,000 crore, while Hrithik Roshan is estimated at ₹2,500 crore.
The Hurun figures are estimates, and can change depending on the valuation of private businesses, investments, real estate and other assets. Bachchan’s wealth is attributed not only to his decades-long film career but also to investments and real-estate holdings managed through his family office.
