More cages kept there to catch the remaining two crocodiles

Volunteers of Wildlife Rescue Trust and Vadodara Forest Department rescued a 8.5 foot crocodile from Kelanpur village near Vadodara. The crocodile trapped inside the cage put by the volunteers of the trust early morning on Friday. More cages are kept there to catch the two other big crocodile present in the area.

As per details Wildlife Rescue Trust President Arvind Pawar received a call from Sarpanch of Kelanpur village about the presence of three big crocodiles inside nearby lake. He further informed that the crocodiles roam freely and strayed inside the fields which scared the farmers to enter inside.

Based on the information Wildlife Rescue Trust Secretary Yuvrajsinh Rajput and Vadodara Forest official Shailesh Rawal reached the spot and put a cage in the area to caught the crocodiles. On Friday morning one 8.5 foot size crocodile was trapped inside the cage giving a much needed relief to the villagers. The crocodile was safely rescued and taken to Vadodara.

The teams kept two more cages in the area to catch the remaining crocodiles present in the area.
