65 year old and Chinese lady admitted in isolation ward of the SSG hospital in Vadodara

A 65 year old is admitted in isolation ward of the SSG hospital in Vadodara after suspected Coronavirus symptoms. The person was sent back from America and admitted after suspected symptoms. The samples are collected and send to B.J. Medical college in Ahmedabad for testing. A Chinese lady and working in a Chinese company in Karjan was also shifted to isolation ward after her health deteriorated.

The old person from Karjan district went to America and his health deteriorated after returning back home. He was taken to SSG hospital for screening and as per RMO R.B. Shah he is suffering from cough, cold and fever. The samples were collected and send to laboratory for testing.

Coronavirus is now declared as Pandemic and global health emergency after it spreads to other countries from China. Governments are taking every measure to spread awareness in people about the precautions against the deadly disease and strictly think about personal hygiene to prevent the disease from spreading to others. Till date 14 people were screening in SSG after their returned from different countries to the city.

SSG hospital already keep the isolation ward ready for the patients having suspected symptoms of deadly Coronavirus. Paediatric, physician, anesthetic and five nurse teams are there round the clock to address any emergency.

108 ambulance is also provided the emergency Corona Kit to attend the patients having symptoms of the deadly Coronavirus disease. The kit is designed in such a way to care about the pilot, technician and the patients attend by the ambulance. The kit is equipped with two sun glass, three N 95 mask, head covers and apron ane is single use throw.

The people goes to SSG for checking is first given the anti viral tablets medicine and if needed put on ventilator for oxygen.
