500 Bed full-fledged Dedicated COVID Health Center with ICU and Ventilator Care Hospital at Yajnapurush Sabhagruh of BAPS

Vadodara is witnessing steep rises of cases and the administration is working on war footing to increase the beds capacity and other facilities in hospitals.

OSD Dr. Vinod Rao informed that they have decided to set up a 500 Bed full-fledged Dedicated COVID Health Center with ICU and Ventilator Care Hospital at Yajnapurush Sabhagruh of BAPS behind BAPS Hospital Atladra.

IOCL will fund the facility and AIMS Oxygen will set a 13,000 Liter Liquid Oxygen Tank.
L&T will help in setting up piped Oxygen distribution line. PIU of State Government will help in civil work.

Dr. Rao said, SSG and BAPS Hospital will handhold the medical care. They have
started work from Thursday and 150 beds will be ready in four to five days in the first phase.
