500-bed dedicated covid hospital in Samaras Hostel in Vadodara

Dr. Vinod Rao, Officer on Special Duty inspected the Samaras Hostel near Polytechnic College and set in motion the process of building a 500-bed dedicated Covid Hospital there.

He said, it will have Liquid Oxygen Tank, Piped Oxygen, ICU and Ventilators. It can be upgraded to 1000 Beds if required.

The entire project will be executed through CSR, and will be handheld by SSG Hospital. The work is starting from Sunday and the first 150 beds will be ready next week.
