36 joint teams of VMSS and police started public awareness activities in public places including wearing masks

The joint enforcement teams of the corporation and the city police have started drive to motivate the people to follow useful precautions in controlling the spread of covid, including wearing masks in public places and markets of the city, said Vadodara Municipal Commissioner P. Swaroop in a statement.

The teams on Wednesday visited the places like Reliance Fresh, Karelibaug Ratri Bazaar, Bansal Mall in Gotri, Swati Vegetable Market, Nyay Mandir, Khanderao Market Road, 7 Seas Mall to spread awareness in people for following covid guidelines including wearing masks to prevent the spread of infection and maintaining social distance.

With such precautions, the spread of covid can be significantly reduced.
