More than 20 dead in Italy train accident

Two passenger trains met with an accident in the southern Italian region of Puglia. This is one of the worst rail accident in recent years at Italy.

In this horrible accident around 20 people died and 35 were injured, 18 of them are critical, according to media reports.

Prime Minister of Italy said to media, “ This is a moment for tears in which we need to work to recover the victims and wounded.”

Many of the passengers on one of the trains were student, Relatives looking for news of their loved once. Local hospitals requested people on social media for blood donor to come forward to help the injured.

Investigation team said that at least one of the train was running so fast and so the team pointed out that it was a human error responsible for the accident.

The last major rail accident in 2009 where 29 dead because train carrying a gas derailed and sparking an explosion.
