17 year old boy drowned in Narmada main canal passing from Sherkhi village

Slipped inside while washing his feet and hands

A 17 year old boy died after drowned in the Narmada main canal passing from Sherkhi village. The boy slipped inside while washing his feet and hands on Wednesday morning. Fire brigade fished out the body from the canal and send it to SSG hospital for post mortem.

As per details Mahesh Shankarbhai Bhoi 17 resident of Bhimpura village joined a job in Faraskhana just three days ago and stopped at the canal to wash his feet and hands. However he slipped and drowned inside the canal.

Vadodara fire brigade reached the spot and fished out the body for the canal and send it for post mortem. Taluka police also reached the spot and began investigation in the matter.
