In the presence of Commandant R.S.Joon all officers and jawans present on campus gave a total of 9 minutes candle on 05.04.2020 from 21.00 hrs to 21.09 hrs on the doors of the quarters and standing in the balcony, turning off all the lights of the quarters. Lit a torch, and a mobile flashlight lead to the constant light and hope amidst the darkness spread by the Corona epidemic.
The Commandant requested all the Unit NDRF personnel and their families that they should constantly try to impress hope regarding the disappointment of dealing with Corona virus. “We must defeat the intense darkness of the crisis by spreading the sharpness of light in all four directions and that is why today, on April 5, we all want to familiarise the corona with the power of light. We are challenging the darkness spread by the present crisis and will experience the superpower of light, clearly highlighting the common purpose for which we are fighting. In that light and glow, let us resolve in our mind that we are not alone, no one is alone! NDRF too are committed through a common resolution,” said Joon.
During this resolution, Joon also request that no one should assemble any where and maintain a principles of social distancing. It is the best practice that breaks the chain of corona virus. “This collective resolution, the collective superpower of our NDRF unit will give us the strength to fight against Corona and give us the confidence to win in this hour of crisis,” says R.K.
