8 almonds

2 tablespoon powdered green cardamom

2 tablespoon powdered cinnamon

2 tablespoon butter

2 cup sugar

2 cup mango juice

10 cashews

Step 1 / 4 Prepare The Dough For Mango Momos

To prepare this amazingly delicious dessert recipe, take a bowl and mix together all purpose flour and butter. Add mango juice to it and knead the mixture to make a smooth dough. Keep it aside for a while.

Step 2 / 4 Prepare The Filling For Mango Momos

Next, take a flat bottomed pan and add butter, almonds, cashew nuts. Fry them until they turn light brown in colour. Then, add sugar, chopped mangoes, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder to the mix. Keep stirring them for another 2 minutes.

Step 3 / 4 Make Small Chapatis, Fill Them With The Mango Mixture And Seal

Now, take the kneaded dough and take out small balls from it. Roll out small chapatis and fill it with the mango mixture in it. Lift both the sides and seal them to make Mango Momos.

Step 4 / 4 Steam The Mango Momos For 10 Minutes

Next, heat water in a deep-bottomed pan and add lettuce leaves to it. Put oil on each side of the prepared momos and transfer it to the pan. Cook it for 10 minutes until they become tender. Serve hot with love.
