Bollywood buffs would be aware that the Nitesh Tiwari directorial Ramayana is one of the most anticipated films, with the star cast featuring a unique blend of actors, from across different mediums and languages.
With Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, and Kannada superstar Yash as Ravana, the film is said to be trilogy which recently went on floors recently.
And even before completing one schedule, the movie has sent internet into frenzy with photos leaked from the sets of the epic saga.
Recently, X (formerly known as Twitter) platform is buzzing with a series of photos shared by Zoom portal wherein Ranbir Kapoor is seen dressed as Ram and Sai Pallavi is donning the avatar of Sita.
Going by these set of pictures, the two actors as seen taking a stroll by the pond with a grand palace on the backdrop. Although it is not sure of the scene, the photos have garnered ample anticipation among fans who were curious to see the chemistry of the two actors, since they will be coming together for the first time.
While Ranbir fans are thrilled to see him in this subtle role after seeing him in raw, action mode in the stupendously successful Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, Sai Pallavi portraying the role of Sita has left her fans equally excited.
Talking further about Ramayana, the epic saga which is expected to unfold in three different parts as it traces the varied phases which Lord Rama undergoes, promising to extensively focus on the massive battle between him and Ravana, the trilogy is also expected to feature an extensive ensemble cast with top-notch performers.
Names of Rakul Preet Singh, Sunny Deol, and others are also doing the rounds for the characters of Shurpanakha and Hanuman. But there has been no confirmation on the same.
